Warranty Policy
Pexmor accept 365-days warranty on all of products and accessories. This warranty does not cover products that have been abused and misused.
All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise returns will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer service before returns.
Pexmor reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. The policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
