▶ How I choose boxing bags?
✔ The whole assembled product shouldbe at most 3.94in/10cm lower than human height. And it’s recommended thatgrowing children choose slight higher boxing bags for long-term use
▶ How I move the whole assembled kick bag?
✔ Insert something thin and hard(like playing cards, ruler, bank card, etc) into one suction cup to dissipatesuction, then other cups.
(Do not pull up by force in case of damaging suction cups.)
▶ For the ABS tank base, fill with water orsand?
✔ We recommend sand, sand is betterbecause it’s denser. And water may give off unfavorable smell if it stays in the tank for a long time.

Love this punching bag filled it with 60 lb of cat litter which almost filled it maybe could put one more bag in it but if a grown person hits it hard it will fall over we use a going jug cut the bottom off and used it for a funnel because the whole to fill is kind of small it would be hard to fill without a funnel
I bought this bag mostly to practice my kicks. If I try kicking or punching as hard as I can, it might tip overespecially with punches, since my kicks aren't that strong. It's definitely a good bag for learning how to kick. I wouldn't recommend it just for punching, as you'd have to hold back on your power, but I can still work with it. Overall, it's an okay bag and definitely worth the money, but if you can afford a better one, I'd go for that.
Decent product. suction cups don't suction. And needs more fillable spacers

Its perfect if your working on accuracy and speed not just looking to kill the bag. Bought this and it's been working great would definitely recommend!!
